Entered my vehicle info before buy. It says it will fit my 2000 Civic EX. Took all the part and everything and then opened the package thought it will fit but did'nt. Look at the package and then saw a sticker that says 2001 Civic. Talk to customer service, ask for replacement, maybe just got sent the wrong part. Arrive about 4 to 5 days, did the same thing took everything apart and then tried to install but still don't fit. Look at the package, the other side says the right part ## but the side says for 2001 civic which Is partially peeled off. I will give 5 stars to Customer Service though as they are very helpful to resolved and make it right especially when it comes to the shipping part.

The part did NOT fit my Honda Civic 2000 when Amazon clearly said it would. Had to buy a new hood latch from a more reputable source. I actually had my mechanic order it for me so I wouldn't end up making up the same mistake again.
