You must take this supplement with food in order to avoid upset stomach, something without calcium! Otherwise a great supplement keeps my anemia under control and a great multi vitamin since there is so much more than just iron!

If other iron tablets make you feel ill or constipated, try these! The only iron tablets I can stand. The iron from Target made me really sick but these work great.
