The product arrived as expected and works wonderfully. Only complaint would be the wires. Even though they are color coded, they aren't labeled as I have found others to be. It does have running and turn signal lights (description doesn't say- black, yellow, white wires... white wire being ground)

but I had to return it as it wound up being way too big for where I wanted to put it......
you have to take in consideration the bezel as well as the light cover.....so it is big. Works well I guess...most LED's do that are made correctly. If you are worried about water getting into the housing and screwing it up, coat the insides with clear acrylic.
It's not conductive and would keep the circuits from shorting out (but NOT make it 100% water proof, just more water resistant).

These took a while to arrive, and one of them came cracked. I ended up mounting it anyway because It is illegal to drive without blinkers. As a result of the Crack it filled with water, and I had to drill a small hole to drain it. They work well, and are bright. But need to be inspected for damage.
