Bought this to wear 24/7 with my weight watchers activelink. I've worn it for over two weeks with no irritation to my skin at all. I've pretty sensitive skin and was worried with other dog tag chain posts that said they caused rashes and allergic reactions like nickel does. Guess I picked the right manufacturer because I think wearing it constantly, exposing it to soap and shampoo and conditioner for this length of time would shown if it wasn't actually high quality stainless steel.
