When I first got my bearded dragon, the only dried food he would eat was meal worms. We had dried crickets, the cooked and canned kind also. He wouldn't eat it unless it was alive, a vegetable, or a dried worm.

We had kind of given up on the freeze dried stuff, but I hated that. I didn't want to leave any live prey in his cage as crickets can bite and injure dragons when they are sleeping. My mother gave me a few items for Christmas to feed my dragon (or try too). This product was one of them.

I started out with one of the large grasshoppers in my hand, the dragon didn't want it. I tried a worm, he ate it. I figured the same old thing again. Then I tried the grasshopper again with some tweezers, still no luck. For some reason I was put the grasshopper back in the tweezers and held it up near the basking light, and YAY the dragon ate it...the bug not the light.I hold a few insects in my hand and kind of make them move around by sliding them with my fingers. He'll snap them right up now.

He eats everything in the bottle, dry crickets, huge dry grasshoppers, and meal worms. We were then able to branch out to the canned and cooked crickets and grasshoppers. I leave some of this in his food bowl at all times. It's not unusual to hear him chomping away at it in the middle of the night.

I would highly recommend this. You have got to see the size of some of these grasshoppers, they are HUGE!

When my local live cricket suppliers ran out of crickets during hurricane preparations, I panicked. That's when I discovered these dried crickets. I was so afraid my lizard wouldn't eat it. But I sprinkles it on some greens he loves, and he chowed down. What a relief to know I can keep a ready supply of food on hand, and it's something my pet sitter will not freak out over (some people cannot stand handling insects). Great Product!!!

Very disappointed with this product. In the picture it shows as though its a mixes of grasshopper, cricket, &mealworms. However the bottle i received was mostly mealworms. My bearded dragon eats a few of them but prefers the other two way more. In the bottle there was about 5 grasshoppers and a couple of crickets. I'm very disappointed not a happy customer!

My dragons really love it and it's last much longer than I thought it would for being a small container. One dragon really likes the large, and I mean large, grasshoppers while the other attacks the mealworms with joy.

Very easy to use, the dragons love it. No need to deal with live insects, just soak in hot water to re-hydrate. My dragons gobble it up, wish I had known about this before. When I previously fed them live crickets, some times they (crickets) would escape and hop around my house, or hide under things in the aquarium. I really didn't like that! Now I can see and know that the insects have been consumed.

Really impressed with this product. Read the reviews - not enough of this or that. No issues here. Came with plenty of crickets and grass hoppers. Worms i just drop into my dragons bowl. He loves them

Very impressed

Another great treat for Bearded Dragons. Ours get excited to see the jar coming. It's filled with tons of protein that a growing lizard needs. I would recommend this only as a treat. The product is dried out, which is to be expected so your lizards will get no hydration from these which is why I see use them as a treat.

As usual, fluker's has a decent product. Quick and easy for my busy schedule, when getting to the pet store for live food just doesn't work. Who has time to go to the pet store 3 time a week? Or wants to deal with keeping stinky bugs in your house? By dragons prefer gut loaded roaches, but they'll gobble these us before I get home from work too.
