I own a small business where image of quality products is important. I compared, priced and tried six or more brand name and also cheaper products. This is one of only a few superior quality commercial paper towels available, and at a great price here. You can buy paper towels a little cheaper than this, but not worth it if quality is important. I was buying this from Costco, but found the price is much better here.

This product came not quite like pictured. The paper towels were wrapped with paper in brown/beige prints, not in blue prints like in the picture. But no matter, I would love it if it were soft. I was looking for something softer than Bounty and this isn't. However, this product is way better than the prior product I used (Georgia-Pacific Signature 23000 white c-fold), which got many good reviews here on Amazon but I gave only one star.

Though this product isn't soft to the touch, I find it softens to an adequate degree as soon as it gets wet from my wet hands. I do also like to use it for general cleaning -- it is not overly thirsty to soak up too much of the cleaning liquid. I think this product is middle-of-the-road product, adequate in softness and absorbency, but not great. I will continue to buy this product unless I find something better than this.

Edit: After half a year I finally used up the first huge box so I ordered another box. To my delight, the second order paper towel was much softer and also bit more absorbent. The emboss is different. I like this very much now and would recommend, therefore I am upgrading my review from 3 star to 5 star.

These Kleenex paper towels are not only more absorbent than the roll of paper towels we've previously used, they are way stronger!

For home use paper towels the standard always seems to be some form of roll. Be it select a sheet, half sheet, etc.. But why do we not have these C fold (also known as trifold) towels in the home? Well after using these for a few days, I've made the switch.

Sure having the C fold dispenser in the home looks a bit 'commercial', but the economics are just better.
First off the price of these are a little less than 1.5¢ a towel (depending on if you subscribe & save, which would make them even cheaper). Compared to several different rolled paper towels, that is nearly half the price (again depending on the brand, how many you buy, etc.).

The second and for me the most economical reason is space. These C fold towels take up way less space then their rolled counter part and that is all due to how it's packaged. With 2219 sq. ft. of paper towels per case, these take up 2.27 cubic feet of space. Compared to a 24 pack of "Giant Roll" paper towels (which only contains 1372 sq. ft. of paper towels), they take up 4.18 cubic feet of space, nearly double for almost half the amount of paper.

So again it seems odd to have one of these C fold paper towel dispensers in the home, but it just makes sense!
And FYI, shake and fold! You'll save a ton!

These were the perfect paper towel for my purposes. They are pretty soft and absorbent and they don't feel like a commercial product that you might find in a gas station. They feel more like something you would use in your home. And that is where I use them.

I bought them for an unusual use. We have a bidet and find using regular towels to be unsanitary. We wanted a paper towel that was soft, absorbent, disposable, and clean. These are clean because they are the c-fold style. you only handle one towel when using them. We also purchased one of the clear acrylic dispensers which hold one bundle of towels at a time.

They work for how we use them

I would prefer that they were available in less than 2,400 per case lots because storage is an issue in our home. But we won't need to buy more for a long time.

I had been using Scott towels before and just switched to the Kleenex towels. Thicker and more absorbant. I just need to use one of these instead of two of the Scott towels to dry my hands. Since I wash my hands frequently during the day, it adds up. Will use these from now on in my Dental office

Let me compare these to a consumer roll paper towel that most of us already know, Bounty. This Kleenex C towel is perhaps twice as strong and far stronger while wet, and costs less per towel. And as would be expected of commercial paper, a lot rougher in texture.

One of its advertising claims is that it is faster in absorbency than other C towels. Again, compared to Bounty, I thought Bounty was faster. But then, that’s Bounty’s claim to fame—“the quicker picker upper”. But compared to other C paper I’ve used, this Kleenex does absorb faster.

If the objective to wipe up a mess, this Kleenex is stronger and more absorbent, which mean a user can press down harder and rub faster, for a faster clean. Because it’s rougher, I’m uncertain how it would handle delicate wood furniture with an expensive wax coating. For home usage, this towel effectiveness is mixed as, occasionally, I use paper towels to gently rub my face, and Bounty is softer. This Kleenex commercial paper is too rough for rubbing face or skin.

For strength and absorbency resulting in faster clean, which is what the product description says, this is accurately a 5 star.

12-20-15 After two months of use, I am impressed. I find new uses and feel more secure in being able to clean effectively. For example, my vacuum cleaner's handle has some kind of gum that needs to be removed by rubbing with alcohol. Most other paper towels will shred--I trust these Kleenex. One of the most surprisingly useful products I've ever received through Vine.
