When I received the this light, the hole for the low-beam bulb hadn't been cut wide enough to fit the bulb. Not really thinking it through, I just widened the hole with a drill. Unfortunately this left plastic dust lining the inside of the housing that you can't get out since it's in the sealed area. I'm not really sure how else you could fix this issue besides returning the housing, which I couldn't do since I can't drive around missing a headlight.

At some point, the plastic tab that holds down the clamp for the low beam bulb also broke off. I'm guessing it was some time after I received the item since the clamp was clamped originally, but it must have been incredibly weak since I don't even remember hitting it on anything. With the tab missing I had to rig a way to hold down the clamp but it ended up working alright.

Just for reference though, I also ordered the driver's side housing at the same time as this one and that one was perfect so I might have just been unlucky and gotten a faulty one. Both of the light's fit and design were spot on and overall it's a decent housing for the price, though next time I think I'll probably just spring for OEM to avoid these kind of issues.
