The sponge handles feel like they will last quite a while under prolonged usage, which is good because the grip is not that hard to use. I expected a heavier spring, since 25 Kg = 55 pounds. However, it is easy to close with either hand.

I take it on the track when I jog and alternate hands to squeeze it. Typically 100 reps, change hands and repeat, over and over. It works fine for that kind of activity.

This is a very nice spring tension grip strengthener at a very reasonable price. The tension is just right for what I use it for. For years, I've wanted to have one of these next to my living room chair so I could use it while watching TV. Now that I finally have one, it works great and I use it every evening while watching my favorite shows. The price and service from E+ was very good.

The grip itself is nice and the foam padding offers good support. It is a good grip for beginners. If you are not a beginner, you should go for tighter grips- I would not recommend this one.

It's a bit wimpy for a 6'4", 210 lb. mass of tempered twisting blue steel. But for most, it's more than tough enough to build forearms and your grip... if used adequately.
