Installed on a 2010 F-150 4.6L 3V... And the power boost is clear as day. I have a digital readout of average MPG on the dash. I reset the MPG's on the way to work without the spacer installed, and was getting 13.4 MPG. After adding the throttle body spacer the MPG's went up to 15! I also have the K&N Cold air intake installed. If you're looking for a quick power gain or Gas saver this is a must have.

I bought this in addition to a K&N intake and a Flowmaster Delta 50. I did this same setup (less the flowmaster) on my last vehicle (2009 Jeep Wrangler) and had good results. When I added these items to the "new to me Ford" I was actually pleasantly surprised with the improvement. The "whistle" is almost non-existent but the power is absolutely there. The low end torque created by the spacer and the high end power with the intake are perfectly paired with the Flowmaster. The truck sounds beefy but not obnoxious and I have seen gains from 14.8 to 17mpg in the first 600 miles.

Installing the throttle body spacer took less than 15 minutes. The provided directions were detailed and accurate. That's always very helpful. I installed a K&N performance intake at the same time and now enjoy low-end to mid-range torque increases from the throttle body spacer and high-end horsepower increases from the instake system. I the power increases are noticeable when I stomp on the pedal and let the engine rev past 4k RPMs. There's a deep throaty-tone when the engine is reved up. Increaes in the MPG is at best 2-3.
