I bought it thinking that I knew my size HOWEVER I did speak to someone from the company who told me to get a larger size but I didn't listen. So it's a bit tight but I can still wear it. It protects me from the sun and it is a great product! I highly recommend it!

I use this as my base layer for biking in the winter. With a long sleeve jersey on top, it is enough to keep warm at around 5 degrees Celsius. The material is thick and the fit is very tight. So like the product description says, if you don't like it tight, better get one size up. For me, once I started biking, I don't feel the tightness anymore.

One thing the top can improve on is the seams that run from the shoulder top and goes under the arm pit. The stitching is a bit rough, and might cause discomfort if you are doing lots of upper body exercise or movements.

Else, the price is really good, would buy another.

Very snug. I am 6'5"/ 280lbs and I picked up the 3xl. I have long arms so the sleeves were on the short side. I wear a 37 length sleeve in dress shirts. Apart from that, it certainly helps with the cold as a good layer system.
