He likes how sturdy it is, feels the tone is wonderful and has no complaints. Arrived very securely packaged. Buying a hard case was difficult as I am guitar ignorant and didn't know this guitar is longer than his others... (duh Mom!)...but picked one up at the local music store. Overall very happy!
