This sauce has been a must-have for me for quite some time. I especially like to use it for boneless country style pork ribs. Sometimes I will mix a little Italian dressing in with this sauce to mix it up a little, but truthfully, this sauce is really good without anything else added. If you buy this, I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed.

This stuff works great for almost anything. It's a great base for my venison jerky recipe. It's also great to soak flank steak in before throwing in the skillet for fajitas or burritos. I haven't tried it on my brisket yet, but I don't see how it wouldn't be delicious. I'll warn you, though. Wait until a Friday to taste this stuff. It'll take you a couple days to sit and wonder what on earth you've been doing to your meat for so long. Might ruin your work week if you tried it on a Monday. Good luck!

I have tried many sauces/rubs on briskets and I feel this is the best there is. Before smoking my brisket, I soak the meat in a bottle of this sauce in a plastic zip lock bag for at least four days. The reason for four days...it will make the meat super tender and juice will squirt out of meat when you cut it. Just before placing on smoke, I do sprinkle with sea salt and fresh ground black pepper. I promise, it will be the best brisket you have ever tasted.

You won't be disappointed with this brisket sauce. I just use a crock pot with it and it turns out perfect every time. I love it when people ask me how to make my briskets. I just give them a bottle of this sauce. Plus the company sent it to me quicker than what I expected too!
