The description of heavy duty is misleading. These are about as light duty as they come. About the only thing they are suitable for is tossing out a used kleenex. They tear very easily. Anything heavy or sharp (piece of cardboard will do) will tear this bag. They are cheap and will work for a small bathroom wastebasket and maybe the office desk, if you don't overdo it. I won't reorder.

Our male 12 lb kitty goes all say long it seems....he grazes, so this is why....so I am scooping at least 3 times a day...and thanks to the review i read...I finally have the Perfect bags. Hold up to kitty litter & his waste....not expensive
...i scoop...tie in a knot...dispose in trash can...no unexpected holes in bags...neat sanitary....perfect size. Thank you to the people who left the review.

It may seem ridiculous to get such a large amount of flimsy trash bags, but the price can't be beat, and they get the job done. These are perfect for the bathroom or home office trash can, and they are similar to the ones that professional house cleaners use.

I never knew how thin 0.551 Mil really could be. I opened 1 up and thought the bag was really thin and narrow. Then I realized it was only halfway open. Unfolded the rest of the way and it was super thin and baggy (in more ways than 1). They are actually so thin that I sometimes have issues opening them sometimes.

They will definitely rip if you put anything with an edge on them. I primarily use them for recycling, so I do not have too many issues with that. For being so thin, they actually hold more weight than I was expecting.

This is my second time ordering the generic bags. The first box had a better quality of bags. This one seemed very thin. I had to be extra careful not to poke a hole in it with my fingers when I was putting it in the trash can. It works good for the light weight trash in my office but I was hoping for a little better quality like the first box. But over all the price was good for something that was just going to be thrown out in the trash.

I was hoping that these bags would be the same as the ones used by professional cleaners. They are not. I cannot tie the little knot in the top to keep them in place because the bags are just too small. They are very flimsy, too. Similar to dry cleaner plastic bags. They're ok for light use - tissues, etc., but I would never trust them to dispose of dirty kitty litter or anything with any weight to it. The words "Heavy Duty" in the description are extremely deceptive. Honestly, I would not recommend these bags except for use in a waste paper basket that's smaller than 4 gallons and definitely not for anything heavy. Now I'm stuck with a boatload of them. Don't waste your money.

They come in a nice box. They rip as soon as you open them. I wanted a thin, cheap bag for recyclables, but these are too thin, and very flimsy. They are 4" too short for my recycling bins. I am trying the more expensive Glad bags, that come to about 30 cents each. Unfortunately, I have opened these and tried 3 or 4 of them. I'm going to have to figure out what to do with them.

The price is excellent and I use these inside of bucket where I put in cat poop scooped (very little litter and no urine balls as I use wood pellets and the urine disolves the pellets into saw dust which can be composted or even put around plants in the yard). When a bag is filled, I tie it and throw in the trash. These are extremely thin so they really don't do heavy at all and I've put my fingers through many of them. They work and are cheap but when I'm out, I'll choose a thicker Mil for what I'm using it for.
