Inner box was not sealed.
Comes in 15 sets of bags.
Counted 7 sets which ranged from about 55 to 57 bags each.
Thus the estimated final count is between 825 and 855 bags.
I guess the packer was told to put in 15 sets of 60 bags to equal 900.
But since each set doesn't have 60 bags each, obviously the math doesn't work out in the customer's favor.

Addendum: I added more stars (from 1 to 4 but actually 3.5 due to it not really being 900-count) because of Amazon's customer service & because the bags are far better than the ones I used to get from the supermarkets (which have holes in the bottom). These bags so far have not had even one small hole in the bottoms. Good seal along the bottoms. I find this to be the best benefit of these bags. They are also pretty sturdy/thick enough, not thin. They were an overall good bargain at the time I bought them and are good quality bags.

Since it seems that soon California will outlaw all bags such as these, I decided to stock up. I recommend these for anyone who needs to clean cat boxes, to carry objects to the car, to line small trash cans, etc. There are no holes in the bottoms of the bags! I am so glad I bought 900.

11" wide, 15" tall (20" with handles) when flat.

When full, the sides open to 6-1/2" and the height reduces to 11".

In other words, you could put an 11" x 11" x 6.5" box inside the bag fully.

These are the closest I've seen to the standard, strong, "home depot" or "grocery store" bag we used for years to hold the dog droppings. Very well Made In USA by a company being driven out of business by California politicians who wonder why there are no jobs.

Appear to be made of HDPE (high density polyethylene). No holes in the welded bottom; punched hanging holes in the handles to allow dispensing them from wire racks at checkout. Pressed into packs that are about 1/4" thick so they can be put on the wire rack dispenser easily. Very professional product.

At just under 2 cents per bag, they are an affordable option I'll be able to put the dog droppings in before throwing them away, since it's probably illegal to send the droppings to Sacramento.

I'll need these when California goes bagless next year. Well, not exactly bagless, but without plastic bags. The quality of these bags seems high. No leaks that I've seen, as yet. They should do the job. I hope they don't change the law so that merely "owning" these will be a crime, but who knows.

Our city has banned plastic bags in grocery stores. I use these for my trash and also sometimes to carry groceries. Reusable bags are OK much of the time. But sometimes the reusable bags are too bulky to carry on my bike and some products mess up the bags.

Glad to have a lifetime supply of these as a backup.

I use these bags like trash bags, which was what I did when they were available at the supermarkets. I always check for leaks by trapping air in them and squeezing. I prefer them not to leak if I dump in wet garbage. I bought these bags for that purpose and I performed the same leak check on them. Upon initial light squeeze with trapped air it's fine, but as I apply a little more pressure leaks do appear at the base of the bag. Therefore, I think these bags will work ok in most cases, but it's quality is below my expectations.
