Bubbles pretty good, but I have a hard time getting it to stay on the bottom of the tank. I tried burying it under the gravel but there isn't enough edge to hold it down.

As another reviewer noted, it's too light-weight to stay anchored to the bottom of the aquarium on its own. There is a small dimple on the bottom side that I hot glued a small suction cup to. From there, I could mount it anywhere I wanted. Just be careful that the hot glue is safe for fish.

The tube doesn't stay in place, and it doesn't create bubbles throughout the entire surface. It floats, and doesn't stay in place even with heavy rocks weighing it down. Beautiful and neat idea, just flawed design.

I've tried a couple of different sized air pumps to try and recreate the bubble action shown on the package without success. It does provide a little aeration in my community tank. It is really hard to keep on the bottom if you don't use something to glue it down - and I don't use glue/silicone in my aquarium if I can avoid it.
