The pump is easy to use. And small enough to pack around. It lasted about 12-15 minutes before it started dying. I used it for blowing up my Intex Excursion 5 (2013) It almost finished the job. I had to use the hand pump for about 3 minutes just to finish off blowing up each chamber. But it did what i thought it would do.

Cons:
Run time - i wish it was more like 20 minutes rather than 12-15.
Charging - I wish there was an indicator light showing when the charging is complete and showing when it is charging. But the directions say to just charge overnight and you'll be good to go.

This item worked once. Now it's a paper weight. I've yet to figure out how to complain to the Amazon seller and try to get a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, I found out it stopped working about 2 days after the 30-day return policy allows for.

I called Intex customer support. They asked for the model number (AP621) and the support woman said that there's nothing they can do because it doesn't come with a warranty. I spoke with her for several minutes explaining how there's an obvious flaw in their product since so many people on Amazon have complained about it breaking after one use. She repeated that there's nothing they can do and would not budge to let me talk to a supervisor. She said that the supervisor can't make exceptions anyway. I continued to ask questions about how to escalate issues with faulty products and she just kept repeating that there is no warranty so there was nothing she could do.

I strongly suggest you stay away from Intex products. But if you do happen to buy this, at least charge and discharge it a few times as soon as you receive it so that you don't miss the 30-day window for returns.

This is a better pump than any of the other pumps that I have used to blow up an air mattress. It fill the mattress a lot quicker and the other pumps are really slow. I truly love this air pump and for the added bonus it works out of your ash tray light. GREAT!!!!!!!

I bought this pump to inflate a kayak. It works great. It does most of the hard work, but I still need to use the manual pump to get it where it needs to be. Overall I'm happy with my purchase because it makes it a lot easier to inflate the kayak.

Product worked as advertised. I charged it up before going on vacation. We slept on a queen-sized air matress for 7 days; and had no problems with using the pump to air up mattress. We camped in 4 different spots so used it 4 times without any problems. I did recharge it via the car charger. I like it that you can charge at home or in car. It was reasonably priced.

I was expecting an electric pump that could fully inflate my intex seahawk 4, but at least it fills it up most of the way and then i fill the rest with the hand pump. It is decent for deflating the floor, but other than that it, it saves a handful of minutes of pumping.

I bought this one to pump my inflatable boat. It can work from the 12V DC on car charger or battery installed inside the pump. But, it won't pump from the AC charger (keep in mind). I believe this is for safety reason to avoid overheat or causing fire in case it is used for a long time on AC charger, so they disable that function ( I think). Normally, pump from your car charger or battery is good enough for most cases.

The pump speed is OK, a 4-person boat can be inflated around 15 minutes, don't expect the pump to inflate one boat when operating on battery itself, though deflating by battery only is OK. If a more powerful battery can replace the current one, I will give it 5 star.
