Very very bad quality. The security "weave" is a poorly printed design. The paper is also very very thin!! So thin that even with the "weave" you can still see through the front / back. Defeats the purpose doesn't it?

Purchased these security envelopes for our business. They are secure with the printing on the inside of the envelopes, but they are really thin in their paper weight. I would have preferred a heavier envelope, but I have not had an issue with tearing so far. Ok for the price, but might be better off getting another style and not purchasing due to low cost (as I did).

Save your money. These are very thin, flimsy envelopes. You can see right through the "security" lining - which definitely defeats the purpose. Spend a little more to get a quality envelope.

If you're purchasing these envelopes for the "security" feature you'll probably be disappointed. I can read through the envelope easily by holding the envelope up to the room lighting. I usually add a piece of paper around any sensitive documents with these envelopes. They seem to seal okay. I wouldn't use again. I'd rather pay a little more and get an envelope that makes it nearly impossible to read what's inside.

They are 'security' envelopes, but you can read a check right through them. I won't buy them again because I have to always include a piece of paper for 'security' when mailing checks using these anyway.

The adhesive doesn't taste bad and sticks ok. The envelopes are the standard size advertised.

But there is nothing 'secure' about them with respect to hiding the contents.

I ordered one box of these envelopes before we ran out of envelopes. These are the envelopes that we are looking for. They do the job at this low price. I did some comparison with those in local stores, but none of them came close at this price and quality.

What's the point in security envelopes? Do they keep you safe from robbers, or that creepy guy next door? Well, they keep the creepy guy from seeing what's in your mail. Listen, I'm a mailman and if you've got something you don't want people to know about, then use these. Of course, if you use these, then most likely someone is going to think there is a check or money or some other important thing in your envelope. Which in turn would make someone curious and would leave the door open for mail theft. So whatever side of the fence you wanna be on, just know that your envelope is secure!
