DO NOT BUY THE KABOOM SCRUB FREE IF YOU WERE PREVIOUSLY USING THE NEVER SCRUB!!!

Sorry for the caps lock, but after wasting months being absolutely frustrated that the Kaboom product I was using wasn't working like it once did, I did some investigating and found what others had already discovered, Kaboom lost its rights to THIS recipe. Even though it's more expensive than the Scrub Free by Kaboom, it is BY FAR worth the extra pennies not to have one of those nasty bowl brushes hanging around the bathroom! I never have to scrub, rub or scrape, this guy is the cheapest bathroom maid ever! I include these in house warming baskets to close friends so that they can be freed from the shackles of dingy toilets and nasty brushes! Liberate your time and invest in a few of these, you'll never waste time fighting with your spouse about whose turn it is to do the dirty work of cleaning the toilet!

Easy to replace cartridge replacement. Just unscrew and screw in new refill. It can't get simpler than that. Unlike Clorox tablet, this disinfectant will not destroy toilet seal by corrosion.

The only reason, I didn't give 5-stars was because I feel the cost of replacement cartridge is tad steep.

I bought my first refills. Never Scrub really work as advertised. I just happened to see it in Walmart Neighborhood Grocery, but they stopped selling it right after I bought the unit. I now have to search for it online. They sell it here on Amazon, where I bought it, and eBay. Prices were better here on Amazon. I emailed the company and was told that because they are a small company, they can't get the stores to carry them, but they are working on it. You will love not having to scrub the bowl anymore, but you still have to clean the rim.

We have hard water and it helps not get that PLUS I like these and can't find them anywhere else...Mom and I both have them now. They are just really bleach, but they make the bowl smell and look better in between cleaning the bathroom/toilet. I still feel better cleaning the toilet at least once per week. I gave it 4 stars because to begin with you have to buy the gadget that holds the refill at $10 then each cartridge you use is around the same amount of money...I think they raised the prices since we can't get them in the stores any longer....I will say they are cheaper here on Amazon than on Ebay.

I've been using Neverscrub for years, and I love it, but these refills just don't work. I bought two six-packs of these refills 5 months ago and I've gone through 10 of them already. They work for maybe a week, and then I'm back to scrubbing the toilets.The crystals don't fully dissolve - in one refill, they didn't dissolve at all - and the bleach smell is practically nonexistant. These are either defective, or old, or counterfeit. If you go to the Neverscrub website (www.neverscrub.com) you'll see it shows the refills as blue, and that's what I remember having in the past. These are solid white. I'm buying directly from Neverscrub from now on.

Please note this is the refill cartridge only. You have to buy the dispensers separately. You need one dispenser for each toilet. You just put one cartridge in each dispenser and it will keep your toilet bowls clean and fresh for months (depending on usage) I have used these for years and get compliments on how clean the bathrooms always are. These units keep the chlorine in the dispenser and release it only when the toiled is flushed. This prevents any damage to your rubber gaskets or plumbing.

I was really torn on how to rate this. I originally purchased it b/c last summer I was getting a black ring around my toilet that I had to clean the toilets about every four days. This worked really well in getting rid of that black mold ring.

What I don't like...after a while it left yellow stains in my toilets. It's left these in three of our four toilets. One was streaked where the water runs down after flushing at the other two had a yellow ring at the water's edge in the bowl. The only one that doesn't have the yellow stains is the toilet that is used the most in the master bath. The only way I could get rid of the yellow stain was with Clorox bleach and even that took a lot of work. The yellow stains make it look like your toilet hasn't been cleaned for while.

For now I'm going to go back to cleaning the toilets every few days in the summer when the black ring pops up with our high humidity here. Someone told me that leaving the lid open helps, so I'll try that too. It means I'll clean more often, but it's quick. Scrubbing the yellow stains these left was not quick.
