It's a fan, it works a fan if you know what it will do for you. And for that you need to know specs that are not listed at the moment of posting this review.
Well, here is what I have found on a different website:
Air flow: 40 CFM
Noise - 19 dBA
What that means - it's a very slow spinning fan. It will barely move any air, you will hardly feel air movement if you will place your hand next to it. That is why noise level is so low, 19 dBA is inaudible, very quiet. Such fans are good for regular non-gaming/performance computers that do not produce much heat and where noise levels should be kept at minimum. Better to place such fan on top of the case where hot air will escape naturally and this fan will simply help it. If you put it on the front as intake - it will not create any air pressure to be useful.
Never put this fan on CPU cooler - it will not be adequate.
Also - 3pin and 4pin molex are bundled together, it's not a separate adapter. That means that if you use 3-pin on motherboard you will also have molex dangling around next to it, which is not pretty and can get into other components/fans if you will not secure it. I prefer separate adapters when molex is needed. You can cut out 4-pin attachment and isolate the cut ends, it's not hard.

Great fans, great price. My computer had green fans originally, and when one of them died I purchased these thinking the other one would go soon, (they only lasted 7 years) After installing these, I was amazed at how much brighter and cleaner these look in comparison to my old ones. If these last even 5 years, I'll have some of the best fans in an obsolete computer.

This case fan is looks cool and quiet. The price is right. I used it on a sabertooth x58 motherboard in a G-Lite 430 Black case. It even comes with a option of hooking it straight from the power supply unit or the motherboard. It would be nice if comes with the option of a 4-pin motherboard connector.

Nice fans. Not neon or bright yellow like the picture, but a beautiful golden yellow. Very different from the usual blue or red fans. Much easier on the eyes in a dark room. Very quiet. Move plenty of air.

The fans are actually like a light orange color instead of yellow, but that really doesn't bother me much. The hardware included, which are 4 mounting screws for the fan are a little too big to mount for my case, but I already have spare screws to mount it so it was no problem. Would have been better if the wires came attached like a ribbon so that it's more organized.

does what its supposed to and for the price i cant complain, but warning the screws that come with this thing are crap, they strip so easily whilst using a screw driver. now im stuck with the fan being slightly loose. thats okay though because at least its on and working fine.
