    I bought one of these while at Dragon*Con last year. Helped tie my steam-punk costume together. The little metal prong is not the best thing in the world, but i wore it with another belt on top and it held just fine. The pouches are quite functional as well with a button style clip. Held my camera and both me and the wife's cell phone just fine. Would recommend.

    I got this item for my Halloween costume (i was Kim Possible). As others have stated it only has 3 pouches. I thought this item was great and i didn't have any problems with the fastening of the belt. it did only have one little snap to press into the belt holes but once i fastened it, it never came apart the whole time i had it on. Actually at times it was a bit hard to unfasten because i didn't want to snatch it a loose in fear that i would break it. it had several holes so you can adjust it to what size you need it to fit. Overall it was a good accessory for my costume and it helped to complete my Kim Possible look! :) #HighlySatisfied

    Greetings.
    This belt (and the associated 3 pouches) are quite nice. All were much better quality than expected (especially after these honest reviews and the product specification inconsistency). These offer a great look for any adventurer ensemble. It probably helps that they arrived in good repair. Summary:
    1. Medium Dark brown pretend leather.
    2. Stronger than expected.
    3. Snaps in good shape, and pouches could do a good job holding small items.
    4. Belt thicker and much more useful than expected.
    5. Remember that this is a costume item, and not military recreationist, etc.

    This is a very good accessory, but it tends to unbutton when I sit down (possibly because I'm overweight). It can hold a number of things and is a fun cosplay item, however.

    Highly recommend for anyone who wants to look steampunk or simply wants a nice utility belt that has functional value.

    Product pictured is black, it's actually poopy brown. Pouches are fine, but the belt is pretty much just a strap of crappy leather with no buckle.... So, maybe only buy this if you 3 brown pouches to put on a different belt.

    Fun accessory at a reasonable price. It does run a bit small and doesn't fasten well, so it was popping off my 14yo son's waist. Good news is the pouches come off and can be restrung on a "real" belt. We jazzed it up with metal gears as decorations. We bought this at full price.

    This pouch belt is pretty cool. I second the other comments on how bad the buckle is, it won't stay on. I bought a cheap belt that I can transfer the pouches to, too bad I had to return it twice because it's not black, it's dark brown. Bummer, I really liked it.

    I ordered 2 of these. My husbands fit him well, but I wanted mine down around my hips and it was a bit small. I poked 2 holes in each end and added leather ties which made it big enough and also held it much better than the little tab that fits in the holes. The way it fastens isn't very strong, so if you sit down and it gets pulled even a little it falls off. My husband liked the way my fit and stayed on with the leather ties so he did the same thing to his.
