Mixes easily (use a shaker cup) and tastes best with water, or I like to mix it with cold coffee. Just keep in mind it's targeted more toward that young high metabolism athlete, so it's formulated more as a weight gainer and is higher in calories than the standard muscle milk, also like most most protein supplements the advertised amount of protein is based on 2 servings, so 40g of protein comes in at 580 calories and there are only 15 servings at that rate. Other than than it's good stuff... and maybe this is TMI and just affects me, but like all muscle milk I've ever used, eat your fiber while using this stuff, your colon will thank you for it...

I bought so I could get a lil bigger. As a D1 baseball player i loved the taste and and everything. I gained weight that I didnt want but thats because I didnt do cardio. I lifted and thats all so Its great for putting on muscle, and I will purchase this again 5 months before the offseason so regular season I can performed better.
