For whatever reason, it gets harder and harder to find this white #10 thread in stores. I surely was pleased to find it on Amazon. This is a generous size ball of thread and will go far in making a number of smaller projects or create a much larger one. I made a 24 x 24 filet crochet design with it and still have about half of it left. I've found that I can always count on Red Heart Classic crochet thread.

This thread it is very stiff and not easy to work with it would be excellent for doilies, but not for anything you want to hang well. I used it on a Christening Dress and had to follow guidelines on how to make yarn soft.

This is fine quality, but it is not what I was looking for. I want to find something similar to the old tobacco twine my Great-Grandmother used to crochet snowflakes with. This just isn't the same consistency and I can't find that kind. It works ok, but isn't the same.
