When it comes to storing paperwork and files, the biggest priority is to ensure that documents are organized and remain protected. Making sure that information can be easily found in the future is much easier when paperwork is in order. If documents are referenced often, it is helpful to store them in an area that is easy to access.
For high-use documents and client presentations, using a binder to store all the paperwork will make it easy to look through the information and view each page without having to remove it from the holder. Binders provide a protective outer cover for pages stored inside, while still making to possible to add or remove documents with ease.
One of the benefits to using C-Line’s 3-Ring Binders is that the assortment of color choices can help to organize information by color. Additionally, the heavyweight polypropylene binders can be stored on a shelf or on top of a large filing cabinet in order to keep the information on-hand at all times.
Available with 1 inch and 1-1/2 inch capacity, the binders have three rings located on the inside, along the spine. Simply hole-punch the documents along the outer edge or insert them into three-hole punched sheet protectors and attach them to the rings. For additional storage of loose pages, use the inner pocket located on the back cover.
When storing binders, it is important to know where information is located and what is inside each binder. Use the Self-Adhesive Binder Labels to help identify what is stored in each binder. Remove the label holder from the backing paper and apply directly to the outer spine of the book. Make a label by writing on the blank inserts that come with the holders.

Self-Adhesive Binder LabelsWhen storing binders on a shelving unit, it is important to be able to quickly identify what information is stored in each binder. Using a Binder Label, which is placed directly on the spine, is beneficial because it eliminates searching through the pages to determine the contents of the binder. Instead, label the inserts to describe what is inside the binder and slide it into the self-adhesive pocket. You can reuse the binder by simply updating the insert.
