I completely disagree with the previous reviewer. First, you have to make sure you snap each piece together completely. Then once you have it all together, make sure the ball can get all around it without stopping. If it does stop somewhere, just give the plastic a little bend. All fixed! And the only time it will 'fall apart' is if you pick it up. This is a wonderful cat toy and my 3 cats just love it! We have 2 sets so far and I plan to add more sets to change up the design. I love the new teal color too! Great job, Bergan!

This is a relatively inexpensive cat toy for its size, and there's a reason for that. The pieces do not snap together easily, nor do they easily stay together. There are no instructions in the box on how to make the various configurations, so it remains a matter of trial and error.

My cats managed to take the track apart within 10 minutes, and proceeded to lose the ball under a piece of furniture. However, for those 10 minutes they had a heck of a good time, so all in all I suspect it was a success. I think I'll duct tape the seams together. That might prove effective.

If this could be made a bit less cheaply, and if it included some instructions, this would be a complete winner.

The cats do play with it but the ball gets caught in almost every piece where it snaps together and there are alot of pieces that snap together. And it keeps coming apart. If you want one just get the original turbo scratcher we have one and the cats love it.

We love the Turbo Track Cat Toy. We purchased two to begin with and just ordered two more to lengthen the track. We did have some pieces of track where the ball had difficulty getting through. I called Bergan and they sent replacement parts for free. We have 6 indoor cats and when one starts playing with it, most of the others join in to either watch or play. I highly recommend it. As the previous reviewer says...it does not fall apart if you snap the pieces together properly. My only major problem with the turbo track is that I want to keep buying more tracks to expand it. It's so versatile, you can lay it out any way you desire.

I bought two of the track sets fearing that they would be ignored and planing on donating them to the local animal shelter in case they were a flop, cats are so hard to predict, but I couldn't resist this, what a great design! I set them up yesterday, and as feared, it was ignored after a couple of sniffs. I maniacally rolled the balls around the track for my two cats, a nine year old and a four year old, saying, "See?! Isn't this fun?!" Nada. Sigh. This evening however, the four year old walked by the track and gave one of the balls a whack. (YES!) He has been at it for a good ten minutes now. I did put a few treats under the balls for motivation. I'll try a pinch of catnip later and see if that will make the nine year old interested.

So far the track hasn't come apart even with the vigorous activity, the rolling on it with legs flailing in the air, and this Tabby is a tad tubby. It's on short pile carpet right now but am thinking for those with problems with the track separating, maybe a sheet of foam core or Crescent board under it might solve that problem, I plan on doing something like that for when I need to move it. Gee, I want to get more track now, some of the configurations I've seen on YouTube are quite inspiring.

The next day: The four year old, Mafufo, must have played with this all night. Each time I woke up I could hear the two balls bumping against each other. They sound like billiard balls. Needless to say, I dreamed I was playing pool.

My kitties love this enough that I have bought 3, if not 4 sets. Sets can connect together, and I have a large track under my dining table. Unlike other reviewers, none of the connected pieces in any of my multiple sets stop the ball from rolling. While this set is plastic, once I have two pieces snapped together, and placed on carpet or rug, they do not come apart.

I would recommend to any who have cats... and space for this. :)

We got two tracks which I'm really happy about. Bergan is a great company too. AWESOME customer service. Charlie likes it a lot. He has only had it for a week and if he doesn't get tired of it we'll definitely get more tracks to add! I really hope he keeps playing with it. Putting it together and watching him use it is a lot of fun.

Update: We've had it for a month and he never got sick of it. In fact, more obsessed than ever. He plays all night with it. Two is much better. He leaps and rolls all around. Great exercise.
