My daughter was first a little annoyed that so many boxes were in the order. But now she is very happy. Sometimes she just makes a entire box at 1 time, then we just use it up throughout the next few days. She uses a large microwave safe Tupperware to make it. She pours everything in the bowl mixes it all up, then cooks it in the microwave. I have Never imagined that was possible but they come out fine. Just have to make sure it is all mixed up beforehand. Oh, all the boxes were packed in a thick clear plastic bag before packed in the shipping box, so contents stayed dry. What a relief from worry from the weather.

I really enjoyed the way they individually wrapped each box. UPS left the box in the rain and each box would have been ruined if they didn't take the extra step in wrapping each box!

Great mashed potatoes and it's helpful to have them in bulk, in case family drops in or you're taking care of a family member with tooth/jaw pain. We make our 'taters with milk, butter, shredded cheese, a little garlic salt, and salt and pepper. My family requests these over "real" potatoes now, and I'm happy to oblige - no peeling!

We've used a few brands of instant mashed potatoes. Without question, Hungry Jack is by far the BEST brand. It's not just the taste, but the more natural texture -- they don't have the horrible powdery effect of some other brands. Doctor them up any way you wish, and you'll almost beleive you're eating fresh mashed potatoes. (But we kinda miss the lumps!)
