Works great and very functional. Guess I'm like everyone else regarding the reviews. Instructional booklet not very helpful but just go to youtube and put in "Viking Tactics Wide Padded Sling" and there will be lots of cool videos to see exactly how it's used. Actually while researching slings for my rifle these videos are what sold my on the product. Very functional and comfortable... Hope this helps.

I love this sling. I've been practicing with it for a few weeks and it has served me extremely well. Be sure to read the instructions and adjust the strap correctly for your body size. Also make sure you get the right hardware to attach this to your rifle / shotgun. Wonderful product, I would buy another if I had another gun to attach it to.

I have purchased several slings over the years trying out multiple types and variations of single and two point slings but was never quite happy until purchasing the VTAC padded sling. Simple install and adjustment to my carry length and easy adjustment when placing it for carry. Price for sling is fair for quality of materials. I will have to evaluate how it holds up over time but initial impressions are really favorable. Purchased two and plan to purchase two more if these hold up reasonalbly well.

I've got several VTAC slings on various rifles, but love the padded model most. I've run single points and three points, but keep coming back to the simplicity and functionality of a two point. I run two points simply slung around the neck during dynamic shooting activities, and the padded VTAC makes this a really comfortable sling. Then when I want shooting support from the sling I'll pull my support hand through the sling and get into a supported position, and the VTAC's adjusability makes it a great sling for this as well.

So it's a great overall sling that is proven in its design, and one worth grabbing if you're a fan of the two point configuration.

Heavy duty construction, you can feel the quality. It rides on the shoulder very comfortably. I wish it had a quick detach buckle. I put the Blackhawk heavy duty snaphooks on the ends and snapped it on my M4. It's extremely sturdy, and I would expect durable too. I would highly recommend it for anyone that might find themselves having to wear their weapon for lengthy periods of time.
