Senior golden retriever did not do well on product. In fact, went downhill quickly - lethargic, trembling, limited range of motion then none at all. Our experience was frightening. We ate the cost and gladly threw the bottle away.

I was happy with the Soft Chews (my dog loved them) and tried the chewable tablets as an alternative when the soft chews were unavailable. These make my Maltese throw-up. I'm giving them away and have switched to a product I can buy locally.

My dog has a very sensative stomach and I tried (3) different times to give to her. She did ok for the first 3-4 days each time, then wouldn't eat and had the usual upset stomach symptoms for a day or so.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the shipment that I received. The pills were broken and some in powdered form. I had to empty the bottle and pick out the whole pills in order to try a salvage some of the broken, crushed pills. I will pay the extra couple of dollars to get a better quality from my Vets office next time! Never again will I order from Amazon! First and last experience.

I inadvertantly ordered the Dasuquin when I intended to order the Dasuquin w/MSM. I am sure the regular is a great product too. We are just using the MSM type at the suggestion of our vet and our dog's surgeon. Yeah, our dog has a surgeon........ However, we are very pleased with our Dasuquin MSM so I don't think you could go wrong with any of their products.

Our border collie started to have a very random limp. We took him to the vet a couple times but the vet couldn't find anything. He moved his paws in every direction our dog never seemed uncomfortable. But then we would go for a walk and the limp would show up. We started with 2 a day for a couple of weeks and then moved it back to 1 a day. The limp is gone.

I thought I'd save money by buying with no MSM, and my vet said she tells people to buy Dasuquin without it, because it's cheaper and MSM is not necessary. Well, for my dog I guess the MSM really made a difference. She's limping and walking slowly, as if I were not giving her the glucosamine/chondroitin tablets at all! I should have stuck with the Dasuquin product that worked.

My first dog would limp on her right hind leg about once every 2 weeks. She would be fine after a day or so but my wife and I were obviously concerned. Our vet recommended we try Dasuquin and this completely resolved her mild dysplasia symptoms. I can't promise it will work for your dog but it works very well for us! Not to mention, it is much cheaper ordering this item off Amazon as opposed to purchasing directly from the vet. Another nice feature is the tablets are "scored" already so they are easy to break in half.
