This globe was actually too small to fit on my Perko stern light, but it was close and the material is so thick, I just used a Dremel tool with the sanding drum to patiently grind off excess material on the globe, and I also ground off the threads on the Perko light. After a few try-ons, I got a good friction fit, and called it done. I'm sure it will outlast the original Perko globe which was very thin and fragile - it had been cracked for years.

...most of the questions you have are probably something like-will this fit my boat? Well I can say that anchor lights on boats, for the most part, are interchangeable. It's the height that is measured not the width. This one is a shorty, but I like how it looks...I think the taller ones look a little silly, plus it doesn't hold your cover up much.
