I took a chance and bought 16x30ct of these bags, and I will be back for more when I need more!

We use them primarily in our diaper pail (they are the perfect fit for simplehuman 10L-Liter / 2.6-Gallon Slim Step Trash Can, White Plastic), and have never had issues with tearing or leaking.

Note that they are a little smaller than regular plastic shopping bags.

Hi,

These bags are not bio-degradable. They are made out of polyethylene #4 and this material can't even be recycled in most recycling facilities. Buyers beware!

Finally, a reasonably priced green plastic bag in the offering. It is definately no larger than a typical grocery plastic bag, the material is robust and I wished it had some extended handles so I can close it up and still use the full capacity of the bag. I am just super pleased and makes me happier that I am not contaminating the earth whilst having to deal with the practical aspect of modern day living. Bravo for the product and offering it on Amazon and on Prime.

As part of trying to make more eco-friendly decisions, we use resuable bags when buying our groceries. That means we have less plastic grocery store bags to use for our trash cans. The Green N Pack small garbage bags were the perfect solution for letting us choose a "better" plastic bag. They are strong and haven't ripped when we stretch it around the trash can liner and tie up the trash. The only improvement I wish it had were handles to make tying it up easier.

How does one review trash bags? I use them in the waste bins in the bathrooms so it's fairly light duty. I haven't put them to the test in the kitchen because that has its own bags. But for such light use, they fit the bill. As a side note, I find the green color quite cheerful yet not too bright.

Contrary to the strong "green" and "eco friendly" packaging, these bags are NOT compostable. I consider it misleading for the manufacturer to omit this fact in the product's description and not to state it plainly on the box front. After purchasing the product I discovered this statement on the bottom of the box in small type: (caps theirs) "THIS BAG IS NOT DESIGNED TO BE DISPOSED WITH FOOD WASTES FOR COMPOSTING PURPOSES. PLEASE DISPOSE OF THEM RESPONSIBLY BY LANDFILL, INCINERATION OR RECYCLING [no]..." In our city bags cannot be recycled with metal, glass, plastics, etc. These are just green trash bags.

I ran out of my regular bags the other day and found these under my bathroom sink. I had blocked these completely out of mind. These are the worst bags that I have ever bought. I purchased the food storage bags and was very pleased with them so when I needed small garbage bags I ordered these. BIG mistake. They are extremely thin and flimsy. They didn't come with twist ties, something that I consider extremely important. Plus they kept breaking on me. Save your money. Pass these up and invest in the name brand garbage bags.
