There is not a place to remount the fascia clip on the bottom of each light. We installed them without the fascia clips for the bumper. This lets the bumper cover (fascia) hang low under the light and the gap is bigger at the front edge of the hood.

Amazon provided great service in ending another set, but they were also missing the mounts. I sent emails and photos to Spyder and they have not done anything more - yet.

I will update if there is improvement.

My daughter purchased these for her 2008 Scion tC. I wasted a Saturday trying to install them. The installation requires removing the whole front of the car bodywork. The LEDs require additional wiring (not plug and play) and the wiring connectors do not fit the factory ones as noted in the other reviews. What is not mentioned in the other reviews (maybe they didn't notice) is the the high and low beam lamps are reversed from the factory arrangement. The low beam projector housing on the new Spyder housing is supposed to re-use the factory lamp. However only the factory high beam lamp mounting flange fits in the low beam projector! Therefore you would be driving around with your high beams on all the time and turning on the low beams when switching to high beam operation. I really couldn't actually believe it. Major design flaw. Sending them back.

They look good after installation, I expected the halos to be brighter though, I have had a few problems with this;

- After installation the bumper hangs low, you can actually see empty space between the bumper and the headlight so it doesnt perfectly fit like the stock OEM, my guess would be because they do not include the bumper clip that goes beneath the headlight (there is no space for the clip on these headlights)
- the 2 small LED's on the sides were burnt out and it was a pain to find replacements, (they dont carry those at your regular auto store so you have to dig online)
- there is a noticeable cutoff line when they lit on , uneven top line of light, was told by the manufacturer that this is normal
- the alignment was way off so you have to align them after installation.

I was really hoping to write a good review on these but nope. These came in the mail today and me and my boyfriend we're excited to install them. I saw the bad reviews on here but figured I would try them anyways. BIG MISTAKE. the fascia clip is missing on the new headlights and the main headlight will not fit into the socket. I never usually write reviews but I was just so disappointed in these.
