The Manji harps are really superior! The composite comb material is better than wood (IMHO) and the harps are easy to take apart for adjustments to the reed gaps

As someone who plays semi-professionally I was greatly disappointed in this Suzuki, for the reason that the reeds are too deeply inset. Yes, it has great tone, but makes you work way too hard on the lower draw notes, which come off weak.

This was not quite true on an earlier Manji I'd purchased in the key of A, but even here, compared to the Bushman Delta Frost [a less expensive harp] the Suzuki Manji comes up short. In the Suzuki line, their "pro-master" is still their best, and far superior to anything Hohner puts out, but I'll still prefer Bushman. The B Manji cost me some bucks, and wasn't cheap, but it as long as I can get Bushman, it goes in the drawer. I'll never play it.
