I had a little bit of trouble with delivery, but that's because it's sent via USPS rather than UPS or FedEx, but ultimately it arrived. The quality of the paper was good, not the cheap thin stuff at all, however the color was not a "tangerine light color", it was simply orange color paper. It served its purpose.
