I got these shocks after lots of painstaking research to help fix a tire cupping problem on the front end of my 2005 F350 4WD King Ranch Dually. They were a little difficult to replace only because of having to put a hex key wrench in the top of the strut while tightening the upper mounting bushing bolt, but other than that they were a pretty easy install. I can't even tell you what a difference these shocks have made in the handling & steering of my truck!! I drive on some pretty rough roads up here cause the snow & snow plows eat em up but it's like night and day driving over those roads now compared to before with the OEM shocks. If you've got a 1-ton 4x4 I strongly recommend installing these shocks on the front end to improve handling & ride!! Now I'm gonna get a couple more and replace the rear shocks next.

I installed this on my 2008 F350 Crew Truck. I use to primarily to tow my 5th wheel trailer. These are better that stock! They were awesome. You could tell a huge difference from night and day with these. It was very east to install this on my truck myself. I would buy these again in a second. These are the best ones on the market.

These are great shocks. They were replacements for the stock/OEM shocks on my 2012 F250. I noticed a dramatic difference in handling and ride comfort. Note- I replace all 4 shocks with Bilstein. Easy to install, thought the directions provided by Bilstein are VERY difficult to understand (written poorly). The directions say to torque to top nut to 35 ft lbs, but the rubber gaskets were being squeezed almost completely down, so I am not sure it that is correct. I ended up going to 15-20 ft lbs on the locking nut instead

The shocks themselves work great, but the installation was a challenge. They didn't compress the shocks and bind them for installation That said, My F350 is riding a lot smoother with these Bilstein Shocks.

i have a f250 6.7 4door long-bed with 77,000 miles, the factory shocks were junk. replaced them with these, 100 times better. id say these are the best on the market. improved handling and front-end shaking. you will notice how awesome these shocks are the second you put them on.

The shock is highly rated and recognized in my area by technicians as one the best. The problem is the shock will not fit my truck even after being assured by Amazon that it would fit. I followed the "accurate fit" system provided so I'm disappointed I have to pay shipping to return the two shocks. Make sure you go to AutoZone first to get the correct part number before ordering. I will not make this mistake again. Do not rely on Amazon to guarantee the part will fit.
