Warning - Do Not Buy! If you are a loyal user of Cottonelle, as we were, do not buy it in the new "Clean Care" package. They have completely changed the tissue. It used to be a nice, soft, soothing t.p. Now it is very thick, stiff, and rough. It felt like it gave us a rug burn. I have paper towels that are softer than this new version. I even contacted Cottonelle to tell them how horrible it is and that they have lost me as a customer.

Cottonelle used to have such a great product, I just can't understand why they changed it. I can only hope they will lose enough sales and bring back the original t.p.

My family thinks I am crazy after the HUGE box of toilet paper that was delivered to our house, but if you hate grocery shopping like me, this is a blessing! How nice to be able to order large quantities online! I know I could get it a bit cheaper at the store, but the convenience factor is worth the extra little bit it costs. Watch the prices when you order. They seem to fluctuate frequently.

The quality of the paper is quite good. This is not the super soft version that a lot of you are used to. This tp has the "ridges" for, ummm, enhanced cleaning. It is still softer than Angel Soft and some of those other brands though. I am very pleased.

I will never buy this toilet paper again! It is so rough and nasty. I was totally surprised to find Cottonelle makes such a horrible product. I have bought store brands of toilet paper that were ten times better than this stuff. I usually buy good name brand toilet papers, buying whichever one is the best price when I am shopping. However, I will never buy Clean Care again. I have to wonder if they even tested the product before putting it on the market.

Cottenelle was our TP of choice soft and cloth like and it was very soft, made from cotton was the slogan as opposed to wood pulp. This new toilet paper however is rough and feels like every other toilet paper product out there. I am not impressed I believe they went to a new formula that incorporates cheaper wood pulp over cotton as the packaging does not tout the cotton fiber end as our old packaging. I am not happy with this new clean care product and have to give it a one star because of the decline in product softness and feel. The ultra is still a good product and feels like the old cottonelle.

I was so shock to see bad reviews on this toilet paper. I love this toilet paper. It is so thick and soft. Compared to other brands there is a world of difference. For the first time in my life I have a favorite brand that I will buy even if another brand is cheaper. Often it is on sale at Walgreens which is easy on the budget.

My wife and I are on a budget, but there are a few luxuries we allow ourselves. Non-sandpaper toilet paper is one of those. Cottonelle has the advantage of being strong, thereby requiring fewer sheets than a flimsy paper. It is soft, reducing any irritation. It does not leave lint behind like some papers. If these people ever go out of business, I may have to stop going to the bathroom.

You know you would think that toilet paper is just toilet paper but it really isn't. There are so many qualities and grades of toilet paper that you can get everything from products so thin you can read through to ones that really work well. This product is one that works really well. It is only 1-ply paper but I can tell you that it is thicker and more absorbent than a good 2-ply brand. I have posted a video of the paper and of a more expensive brand we were using.

This Cottenelle is a 1-ply with soft ripples in it and you can see that in the short video. The paper is thicker and helps you to clean yourself very well. Each roll has 2.6 times the number of sheets as other leading top brands of regular roll toilet papers. The toilet paper feels like a very soft paper towel and it is comfortable and durable to get the job done.

We ordered this from Amazon as it was less expensive, shipped free because of our Prime membership and it is a good quality product. It arrived double boxed and not crushed or smashed in any way. If you want thick, absorbent and high quality toilet paper then this is the one for you. We rated it 5 stars and it is a good product!
