This battery has worked perfectly for my Dell Inspiron 1520. Sticks out in the back a little more than the OEM battery, maybe 1/2", but not a problem. Perfectly compatible and charged to 100 percent. Would order again if the need arises.

I can't complain about the fit of price of this battery, but performance leaves something to be desired. At best I got about 90 minutes out of a charge on my Dell Inspiron 1521, which was only a little better than the battery it replaced. I have removed it and replaced it with a 9 cell to see if usable charge time increases to a more acceptable level.
