Its very cute... But if I had a glue gun, feathers, and cardboard I could have made it. Very cheap. My daughter got icing all over it and I could not wipe it off or it would have bubbled like cardboard does. Not worth the 6 I paid for it. Very disappointed.

I bought this and when it came in I about cried. It was literally a paper birthday hat with feathers glued to the bottom rim. Half the feathers were flaking off and the elastic chin string was stretched all out. I threw it in the trash and ordered a new headband for my daughter.

The hat was cute. The quality was pretty darn good, but not great. It is a cardboard hat after all. The real problem is that if your one year old is anything like mine you will be lucky to get them to keep it on for 30 seconds so you can get a picture. We had 4 one year olds and a bunch of 2-6 year olds at party. The 2+ kids liked the hats. The one year olds flung them off immediately.

Disappointed. It looks better on screen than in my hands. The colors on the hat are too pale. They look faded. I guess it is okay for a 1 year old baby that will probably play and destroy it...but the manufacturers should consider printing it in more vivid colors.

The hat I received does not in any way match the picture displayed, the colors are different, it's butterflies, hearts and flowers and no polka dots. I have contacted the company but not received a response yet. Very disappointed.
