If you need BB30 bearings, I don't think you could do any better than these. I previously had SRAM ceramic bearing. They were no smoother or freer spinning than these, and they did not last as long either. One thing I do and you might consider doing is periodically adding some grease as the bearings are not well protected in the BB30 design. I do this every few thousand miles, or sooner if riding in wet conditions. Remove the crank, pry off the outer seal with a thin blade, add some lightweight grease with a finger tip, and put it all back together. Bearings will love you long time.

These bearings are in fact made in the USA by Enduro which are recommended over FSA and SRAM on bike forums. The bearings installed nicely and the quality appears to be better than the FSA bearings I pulled out of a Cannondale SS evo. Our cycling team has many riders on new Cannondale supersix evo's and many have had problems within months of purchase with the stock manufacturer installed FSA bearings, including my wife's Evo. Cannondale refuses to address the issue, however its been an issue as we have seen over 4 new bike bearings fail within 6 months of purchase. I think the FSA bearing is the culprit as there is not a substantial dirt/water shield.

I highly recommend when you install these bearings (or have them installed) to use ample grease between the exposed side of the bearing and the dirt guard, it should help reduce any water or contaminates from entering the race. Don't be fooled by higher priced bearings, these are great quality and if installed properly should work flawlessly for many miles.

you need a few tools to get these installed but well worth the purchase. I've done it once now and will have no issue doing it again. my bike shop wanted ~$200 to do the work. I did it for $50 in about 15 min. the best part? no more creaking bottom bracket. true the bb30 wears out but the ease with which they are replaced makes it simple to overcome.

It's an SB6806 bearing for a BB30 bottom bracket. I replaced the bearings on my CAAD10 after water and grit seeped into the old bearings. She's running smooth now. Reused the previous seals and snap rings.

Edit: After about 300 miles bb started creaking. Now I have to whack these out and put in a compound or teflon tape. The price went up $10 since I last bought these, so the value isn't really there anymore.

For BB30 bottom bracket system. I had to replace the factory SRAM Red bearings with these. My fear was that by not going with the factory bearings, the fit wouldn't be perfect. This would result in a creaking bottom bracket. However, these fit Perfectly!! No issues whatsoever. Quiet and smooth. After a few hard races and some long training rides they are performing great. Highly recommend these bearings. Thanks.

I was looking for a replacement set for my current ceramic BB30 bearings on my bike. I came across these and after some research discovered they were the same as the brand name replacements. Since this was the first time using them, i decided to go with the high quality steel bearings instead of ceramic. When I got them, the quality was very good. The are very smooth and the installation was pretty easy. I have done a few big rides on them and have not noticed any difference between the old ceramic bearings and these. I may try the ceramic bearings from these guys the next time I need BB30 bearings.
