The price was right, the description was right, delivery better than expected, the reviews mixed. I took a chance that this would charge my HTC Incredible (the original) and lost. Oh, for a week it did charge the phone. But then I noticed, as I kept the phone plugged in and charging throughout the day, that it took more than 8 hours to charge the phone. It was so S-L-O-W to be worthless. I stopped using this cord, threw it out, and looked elsewhere for a proper charging cable. You should as well, even though the price is excellent and delivery exceptional.

I ordered 2 of these to replace the original cables for the HTC Rhyme (one for me and one for my mother). We had the originals for about a year, and they both just recently stopped working. These arrived quickly and were WAY cheaper than any store around here. It looks just like the originals, and charge just as quickly. I have absolutely no problems with it so far :)

This Cord is longer than the one HTC gave me (to be fair my old cord was from 2010).

It charges the phone, just as any other cord would. Comes with a tag that says "HTC", so it is either actually HTC, or a most excellent ripoff.

Either way, who cares. It was better than having to go to the local Verizon store to snag a cord.

Not over packed, shipped on time, a good experience.

I had this replacement chord for about 3 weeks when the wire covering started to pull away from the USB connector end... the same issue I had with my first wire. It turns out I have a Logitech product that has a similar chord which works way better than this chord and is extremely sturdy. I'll never buy the HTC OEM chord again.

First of all, this is by no means an original HTC cable because I compared the charging time of both this replacement and my stock HTC cable in my PC's USB port, and this replacement DOES NOT charge anywhere near how wast the original does!! Its "ok" when plugged into a 110v wall charger...

HTC Thunderbolt with extended battery charges VERY slowly. Not even 50% overnight. Brought cable to work and kept phone plugged in to laptop for most of the day, phone only charged 8%. I just received a new cable from Verizon, and my battery has charged 7% in less than an hour.
