not only is this a really good sushi nori, and we use a lot of nori, mostly in salads and soups, but you can't beat the price for the quality.

I purchased per Dr Oz recommending seaweed has good benefits. Not knowing how to professionally use, I finally decided to spread with light cream cheese, sesame seeds, roll, cut into 1" bites, and eat. it is delicious. I do mix up my spreads.

These sheets have nice flavor, but are more fragile than others I have tried (not the best for hand roll). I have considered lightly misting w/ water or rice vinegar before rolling, but as yet have not tried that. Still good value for the cost.
