I ordered this to hook up with my new bath and Steamist steamer. FYI You'll want to confirm which controllers work with your steam generator before purchasing. The quality of the product is outstanding, it's very heavy and the steamhead that comes with it was incredibly well made. The display is bright, but not obnoxious as it's a calming blue color. Very sharp looking unit overall.

If I could control the time, I would have given it 5 stars. Previous steam units I have used, allowed me to set the timer when I began "steaming." When I'm inside the shower, I have no idea how long I have been in there and would like to!! I usually like to limit my time.

But it is an attractive unit and I got it for a good price. The plumber installed it along with a new generator. Everything works.

Works great. Smc-120 gives you the ability to turn off and on, outside the steam room. This gives you control in the steam room. Color is great, installs easily. The supplied steamist steam head also produces a denser steam than the other head I had originally. It has an optional deflector to direct steam off you feet if your unit is also a shower. Very pleased with the product.

This item was installed by a professional, and I paid full retail.

Operation of this device is simple. Turn on the unit and allow the steam shower to do the rest. Adjust the desirable temperature and steam continues. Once the thermometer reaches the target, the unit will monitor the temperature level and adjust steam accordingly.

Overall, I'm pleased with the unit.
