I like to have a smoothie for breakfast and/or lunch each day, but I'm usually on the run. This is the perfect item for that - make your smoothie and you're ready to go. Crushes ice and frozen fruit with no problem. Fresh fruit combined with ice or frozen fruit is a snap. Easy lock/unlock for securing the cup onto the base. The cup is marked so you can see how much you're making. Love this!

Again, at the price, I wasn't expected diamond encrusted smoothies, but this mixer leaves a lot to be desired. I was expecting to be able to mix ice and fresh fruit together as the sole ingredients, but this mixer just can't handle the ice. I found that the only way to successfully make a smoothie using this mixer was to add excess water or juice, which takes away from the taste and healthiness of a smoothie. Spend a little more to get a little more, don't go cheap and expect smoothie sailing, it's going to be rough.

Great little blender. It's not the most powerful motor and the blades arent the sharpest, but for the price, size and convenience, this product is awesome! Great for single serving smoothies. If you want to make more at any one time, may need to get a larger/more powerful machine.
