This paracord is quite thin and will not hold it's shape when braided. The cord flattens itself when pulled tight making monkey fists or cobra lanyards. While the price may seem reasonable, you'll find that Rothco paracord is much superior and will not flatten when cinched down.

The cord itself is ok. Not milspec, but not awful. The problem is, one of the cords has a big melt-splice in it. In other words, one of the 20-foot lengths of cord I received is made of a 7-foot length and a 13-foot length that were joined together. Not cool. I'm just using it to make lanyards and such so I'm not inclined to send it back, but I won't be buying from this supplier again either.

I needed some camo color variety for a customer. I was sold on this deal, 5 colors, each a length long enough to wrap a machete. I can't say I'm a huge fan of the black and green though. I hope the seller can offer a 5 pack that is 5 camo colors. I have 1000 ft. rolls, but it's not like I'm going to buy 1000 ft. of colors I don't use a lot. So that is why I bought this 5 pack.

cord isn't burned at the tips when you get them which isn't a big deal but you have to be careful when you untangle or unwind it as it could pull out more of the material. This means you'll have to "pull it back the other way" to "fix" it. My kids didn't realize this when they opened the package for me.

I used the cord to teach my kids how to make bracelets, key fobs, monkey fists & a bunch of other paracord projects.

Item as pictured, only annoying thing is that they came all tangled together, so I had to untangle them to use. Luckily, paracord untangles rather easily, however I fell this could have easily been avoided by the packager placing a rubber band around each one, or even just tying each one. Otherwise, I was able to make five 6"-7" braided keychains with them and still have paracord left over.

I purchased this bundle to make bracelets, key fobs, and various other projects. i gave it 5 start because:

The cordage came as advertised. All the cordage was there in the right colors and lengths. I have ordered other supposed 550 bundles online only to be disappointed, receiving knock off cordage. This is the real deal, you won't be disappointed.

The cordage was easy to weave tightly, burned properly and turned out great products. I would recommend this bundle to anyone who need multiple colors to test for new product ideas! I will order from him again in the future.

Not much to say, its 7 strand. Just know that its 100 feet total of 5 different colors. That means each strand is only 20ft. Be sure you're ok with that length for whatever project you might have in mind.
