I use these on my boat trailer which weighs about 4500 lbs with the boat on it. I have used them on gravel and packed-dirt surfaces, and they work very well on both. I have not used them on pavement. The rubber chocks are surprisingly weighty because they are made of thick and sturdy rubber. These are quite a bit more substantial than other brands I have looked at locally even though they are less expensive than some of those. I highly recommend them.

If you're looking for a simple set of chocks to ensure safe posturing of your vehicle with nothing fancy, easy set and retrieval, these are fine. Once you get them, set them outside in direct sunlight to let them air out for a week or two unless you really like the smell of processed rubber.....

These are the actual rubber type wheel chocks. They work great at not sliding on my concrete shop floor. Much better than the cheap plastic ones you can get elsewhere. These are made to go behind and in front of each tire so you need two sets for a vehicle.

Works well. Thought they would be small but they are not. Just put a lower review because the smell is horrendous and long lasting. Wouldn't be bad if you could keep in back if truck but I have to use them on my car for work. So my trunk and everything in it stinks.
