This stuff is the most powerful substance I have found in the last 10 years suffering with UC, to fight against bad bacteria, ulcers, discomfort, any stomach ailment. I will tell you that I have purchased over 100 thousand dollars in supplements in the last ten years. This one has the single most powerful effect. It has replaced absolutely everything. It works better than any antibiotic given for stomach bugs, C-diff, UC, Chron's, you name it. This stuff somehow provides an environment where you can heal from ulcers. Please just try it. If you are suffering, and you don't know what to do, try this. Take one 3 times a day, if that doesn't help, take 2 caplets 3 times per day. For very severe discomfort, ulcers, and or pain, take 3 caplets 3 times per day. I am at the point where my ulcers heal within one day, if I start with 2 in the morning, and take one at lunch, and dinner, and sometimes bed time. I will take it the rest of my life. When I stop, ulcers start forming within 24-48 hours. When I start, they go away within 24-48 hours. For a full year, it has manage full blown uncontrollable UC in a way that no other substance, or drug has ever even approached. It is in a league of its own. Try it, please. I can't live without it. Combine it with Soil based probiotics, and you can almost feel completely healed and normal. But this for recovery, remission, and maintenance is essential.

Won't buy this product again. Jarrow's brand was much more effective for me. I always had issues with gas after eating certain foods. After taking the Jarrow's brand my gas went away. After switching to the NOW brand my gas issues have returned.

I have been recommending this for cats with diarrhea for years. I have had diarrhea myself since moving back to my farm 2 years ago and blamed it on the high mineral content of the well water. I decided to try this for myself. 2 capsules 3 times a day and the diarrhea was gone in 3 days! After 3 weeks I've backed down to 3 capsules a day and still good. You do need to take it at least every 12 hours for a while as it does not colonize the gut itself, but moves on through. It heals the "leaky gut" and lets it build up its own healthy flora.
