Great quality but small

I feel bad knocking this down a star for something that is advertised... the size, but I am doing it to draw attention to the fact that it is just too small to be practical. I think it will only work while my son is tiny. And at that, if he pees an arc, we're in danger of having it not catch due to the small size. If it turns out that I'm wrong, I'll update my review!

I love everything else about it. The fabrics feel really nice, the color is just like the image on the web, and the white side feels very absorbent. With the white side being the absorbent side, that also means the pretty side is out of view while you're changing baby, if that matters to you.

Great changing pad for on the go!

My baby bag has the usual padded changing pad that folds up and I really wanted to find one that had similar cushion. This changing pad fits the bill. I use it in my jogging stroller diaper bag. I have used it several times to change my daughters diaper on park benches and she lays on it without discomfort from the bench.(from what I can tell; she's too little to tell me herself!)I also use it on changing tables in public restrooms to offer a little extra cushion for her head & back. Keep in mind, it's still thinner then the one that came with my diaper bag, but it's the 2nd best alternative that I have found on the web.

Top 10 Item!

I would include this item on a "Top 10 Baby Products" list! We purchased two of these pads and found them useful for many purposes. I liked to use them on top of our LA Baby changing mattress, because this added a nice, soft layer and a bit more cushion. When my daughter was younger, they were nice for giving her some naked time after a bath, and for the early days of tummy time.

These pads are fairly small, which is nice if you want to keep one in a diaper bag (it will still be somewhat bulky, because of the nice padding, but it could be done if you have a fairly large diaper bag.) However, the small size means they won't work for tummy time much past 3-4 months old. At that point, you might want to consider the Blueberry/Swaddlebees mattress pad (http://www.amazon.com/Swaddlebee-Mattress-Pads-Round-About/dp/B00RC8V1M4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1431358031&sr=8-1&keywords=swaddlebees+mattress+pad) which offers the same features in a much larger size. We loved the Swaddlebees mattress pad for taking out in the yard or to the park when my daughter was sitting up and starting to roll but not crawling or walking yet.

We still use these KangaCare pads on the changing table. They have washed up nicely for a year now. Highly recommended as a baby shower gift!

Don't let the size fool you

When I first opened the package I was disappointed in the size. However, the quality superceded the size. It has been washed many times and still looks brand new. Now that the baby is 4 months old, I just turn the pad sideways under the the part that counts.

Soft, Padded, Adorable

I love this changing pad for it's softness and b/c it is padded enough to protect my babies head. The dimensions are stated so I knew it would be small. It is a perfect size for a baby though, however a toddler would not fully fit but it still will work nicely to be under her head while changing her. Pattern is exactly as shown and it came out fine from the wash. I washed it on cold with other laundry and then line dried. Overall, very happy with it and love supporting a local, small business.

Best changing pads!

I can't say enough about this changing pad! We've actually ordered 3 different prints. Just the right thickness, no stiff plastic, so they roll or fold up or stuff into a bag with ease. A cinch to wash, very absorbent for accidents while changing. Soft fleece against the baby, and beautiful prints. We use throughout the house and in the vehicles!

Great Product, Weird Pattern

This is an awesome changing pad! I love how cushy it is and how colorful, the only complaint that I have is that you can't tell that there are numbers on it until you receive it. I thought that it was just a colorful pattern, but they all have a number (1-4) on them. It is still cute and serves its purpose, I just would have ordered a different pattern if I had known about the numbers on this one.

Best pad ever!

We love this pad because of the padding and size. Our newborn fit completely on the pad with a little bit to spare, so it's a more compact size. It doesn't have a plastic waterproof feel to it either. It's really soft. Washes well and dries fast. We don't have a changing table and just use our bed, and it's perfect for that. Getting another one.
