If you look at reviews for the other sizes you will get a better picture of the reality of these Comfort Research FUF chairs.
* Washable - really?!? - there is no inner membrane to contain the foam, and it sticks to everything, so getting all of it out and put into garbage bags to wash the liner would be a terrible ordeal.
* FUF Foam - not comfortable, old bean bag chairs were more comfortable, the foam is like they took couch cushions and put them through a chipper shreader, so foam has all different angles, and some pieces are hard, some make a plasticky noise ... so chairs feels lumpy/bumpy when you sit in it, and it compresses too easily.
* Smell - while the urethane foam smell might go away as some say, so far in my experience, the chair really smells, to the point that no one wants to sit in it if their nose is too close to the chair itself.
* Returns - so if you get it and find like I did that you are very disapointed and want to return it, Amazon charges a $19 return shipping fee.
So as I said Buyer Beware - others may love the chair - but this buyer (and his family) absolutely did not!

This is NOT a "Bean" bag chair. But then again, it never says so on the description. What's inside is close to Futon, so it doesn't sits up high like it shows on the picture. Instead, it flattens on the floor like a round futon. It is comfortable, if you think of it as a gigantic round pillow on the floor, but don't expect to have the bean bag chair that contours your body as you sit.

A picture is worth a thousand words. Fuf isn't 3 hours old and our little Lucy has staked her claim. It is very comfortable and hasn't yet completely"fuffed-up" yet I certainly didn't intend for it to be a doggie donut but I might consider getting one just for that purpose. . We bought this for our toddler grandson so he has his own piece of the seating. I think it will be the perfect size for him and our 11 year old grandson. I'm 5'3" and I can sit comfortably in it but it doesn't offer any back support. I'll give it more time to fluff and then try again. Price was excellent. Shipping in 3 days. Delivered on Sunday :) by Amazon.com. As soon as it arrived I unpacked it. Yes, it was an 18" rock hard cube. Immediately it began to chunk out and with my hands I continued to loosen the foam. Now I'm considering getting each of the grandchildren one for Christmas.

There is not enough stuffing in it. When you sit in it, it becomes a dog bed pillow. Really it does not support your back. It goes very flat and pancake like.

So, I got this to have a place to sit in front of the wood stove. Got a decent price through the Warehouse..And thought the worst that could happen would be that the pets would sleep on it if I did not like it. It was actually cheaper than one of the fancy dog "donuts". Well, you do have to break up the foam, you do have to shake it up every couple of days, but you can sit up on it, if you poof it up high and sit on the front third. I have fallen asleep on it. I would love a bigger one, but it takes up a lot of room.And I have to fight my way on; see pictures....

I bought this for my son's 12th birthday. I opened it up and A) it's not a bean bag chair and B) Whatever they stuff this thing with provides no comfort or shape. My son who is a bit of a lanky guy sank right to the floor. Had it been like the picture which seems to hold its shape, it would still be in our home. It seemed more of a dog bed then something you would use as a chair.

Horrible purchase. This came in a box and took 4 days to get into its full shape, which was OK, but when it did, the shape was off. At the same time it is a magnet of dirt and dust. There is NO way you can clean things off when they get stuck on the material. I tried to contact customer service but no luck. This went to the trash 3 days later as it was consuming an incredible amount of space for NOTHING

It's way bigger than the picture suggests. If you take 15 minutes to pull the foam apart from the outside of the bag you don't have to wait 7 to 10 days. It "fufs" right up. I'm very surprised at the size of it. I'm a 5 foot 6 inch tall female about 110 lbs and I get swallowed up in it. I love that it's foam and not "beans". I'm very satisfied with it. If I bought one in the store it would cost twice as much and you have to buy everything separately. Not to mention the fact that it gets very messy putting the beans in. My 6 foot tall 240 lb husband fits in it comfortably! I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a comfy spot to relax.
