I was not happy with the product as far as quality goes. It was very pretty, however, and looked great on the table. However, when I washed the glass after the wedding, all of the writing washed off. The glass is not etched and the writing is not permanent. A very BIG disappointment and not a good value. You are left with nothing but a cheap wine glass.

I bought 4. One for each parent. All came from the same place. 2 were perfect. 2 were kind of, well, ugly. The two that were ugly, the white writing looked like it was burned. It had a weird, brownish, yellowish tint with almost black lining. Weird. But not too bad. Not where I would replace it, but enough if you are up close, you will notice it.

The writing was partially scratched off n it looks awful. I'm sending it back. The writing is the whole purpose otherwise I'd just give a plain wine glass.

So the company sent me a new one right away because I was dissatisfied and the new one looks much better. Still looks a little on the cheaper side but overall I'm happy with the product and the service recovery was excellent.
