I consider Matt Papa the new Keith Green -- strong lyrics and music, and unafraid to get after the church and believers for their shortcomings in sharing the love of Christ. His music is very creative and musically interesting (I'm a snobby musician, so that's high praise), and there's no doubt in his lyrics whether he's speaking of God, his girlfriend or his cat -- it's all about the Lord!

Sound Theology + Awesome Composition = Great Album!

I first saw the title "Stay away from Jesus" on youtube and had to watch it out of curiosity. Loved it. Listened to more. Loved it more. Creative musically, sound lyrically. What more could you ask for? Buy it, you won't regret it.

Best Cd in years!!!!!

Ok so I found Matt Papa by mistake on YouTube. I am so glad I did. Music for me had died until I found this cd. I can't stop listing to it and my little girl sings along with me! Thq songs are deep and uplifting a call to living a true life in Christ!

I recomand this for all.

Now this is what Christian Worship/Rock Should be

His music is almost as good as his hair! The Lord is a Warrior rocks my world. I'm thinking about setting it as my morning alarm. An album like this is an oasis in a society of "cheap grace"
