I have no complaints with the product at all, but the packaging for shipping is sub-par. It's packaged in a loose bag in a large box and I am consistently getting canisters that are either fully busted open, or have to be carefully picked up and the tops reseated so I don't spill creamer all over. I have heard no complaints from my coffee drinkers on the product itself, but I am tired of getting damaged goods due to shipping.

I buy this on the subscribe and save by the 8pk. Unfortunately in the last shipment it turned out to be a 7 Pk because one of the cans burst in the bag leaving my bag swimming in creamer powder. The product itself seems to be the same as normal, just since its shipped in a loose bag in a loose packed box it leaves a lot of room for the product to be damaged in transit.

I use powdered coffee creamer regularly in my coffee.. I am not particular to a brand but rather to taste and texture.. It needs to have the right mouth feel that mimic's cream .. unfortunately I didn't find it in this product. The fact that the package arrived with 2 of the containers damaged and leaking white sticky powder all over the container didn't add to the my experience
... I promptly made my usual coffee and added a similar amt to the store brand coffee creamer I have been using.. Nope .. not even close... but i wasn't' hasty .. figuring I would give it a few days but the experience just went downhill the more I used the product. It lacks flavor as well... so guess it will be back to the store for me.. I am sorely disappointed..

So for me this will not be a re-order... I was hoping but no cigar for this one..
