I own a commercial cleaning company. We clean about 400 homes a month. My employees and my customers love this cleaner. It does a fantastic job cleaning the floor and leaves a wonderful scent. Its very strong so make sure you mix properly. If its too strong it will leave streak marks on the floor.

Nice clean scent but a little goes a long way. More is not better. It doesn't appear to be to harmful to children and animals but I would go over the floor with fresh water after using it if I had small children or pets.

The product received was different than the product shown on Amazon's website. It smells different also. "Pleasant Scent" is not the same lavender scent of the standard product.

My mom originally recommended Fabuloso because she loves the smell of the purple variety. I started using it and I love it for a different reason. It cleans SO WELL!! I use this as my go-to in a spray bottle. Cuts grease like crazy!

I will say this. If you don't like cleaners to have a strong scent, you might not like this product. It's not cleaning, chemically strong smell, just a very strong clean perfumy kind of smell. I don't mind it at all though. Let's everyone know I just cleaned!

Also, for this price, you should at least try it!

I am a school janitor responsible for cleaning over 22 toilets, 8 urinals, and 12 bathrooms every night, as well as a huge gym floor, an art room, and a nurse's office. All rooms are high impact with people using them quite often and abusing them horrifically throughout the day. Eh, it's a school....
Anyway, at night, I'm confronted with so many heinous smells, that our school-issued cleaners might make things shiny, but they don't make them smell clean no matter how many times I mop up.

Smelly feet and other bogus bathroom odors were still leaking through my mint-scented QUATS after I mopped thouroughly each night. I was growing desperate. Bleach is a no-no in our school, so I had to find an alternative to clean, shine, disinfect, and make my areas of the school inhabitable for both children and staff. Lysol is good, but I go through an entire bottle a night. That's kind of expensive since I'm paying out of pocket to clean 15,000 sq feet in a public building every night, six nights a week.

Finally, I tried the lavender Fabuloso at my boss' recommendation. OH! Too strong! Gave me an immediate migraine, so I didn't use it again since we have many people in a confined area that may or may not have sensitivities to certain scents. I know I do!

So I tried the Ocean Breeze Fabuloso scent. Better. Still strong, but diffuses well and removes the bad odors with a fresh after-smell when it has dried. I dilute always with mint QUATS and lots of water.

The best scent recommendations I can give to others would be: The Fiesta Orange & The Apple Pear (the green Fabuloso, sorry I can't remember the actual name, and if I back out on my iPad to check, I will lose what I'm typing here...Read more ›

I love this cleaner! It does a great job AND it smells great. A little goes a long way and there is nothing like that clean house smell. I also put some in an old pot on the stove on warm and it keeps the house smelling GREAT!! I like this scent and the purple and I make sure I have one or the other on hand at all times.

bought this as my nurse got me all excited about it. I do like how it cleans everything making everything shine and smell good. BUT I did not know what it cost retail being bed bound and have not been in a store for years but after I bought it here my caregiver fount it in a local retail store for only $ 2.87 per 56 oz, bottle and they have all the other sizes and other scents. Some things on amazon is getting too expensive for me on a fixed income ,
